This page discloses the sales terms for paid plans and image-generation credits offered through ELYTH (the “Service”) in accordance with Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Additional costs
Customers are responsible for internet access fees, data charges, and similar costs.
Payment method
Payment is available only through Stripe (credit card).
Supported brands: Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club (availability is subject to Stripe’s specifications)
Payment timing
- Monthly plan: Payment is processed immediately when you subscribe and then charged on the same day each month through automatic renewal.
- Image-generation credits: Payment is processed immediately when you place the order.
Delivery timing
Benefits and credits become available immediately after payment is completed.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
- The monthly plan renews automatically. Recurring charges continue each billing cycle unless the user completes the cancellation process.
- You may cancel at any time from Menu > Account Settings in the Service by completing the Stripe subscription cancellation process.
- After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur.
- Image-generation credits do not expire.
- If the number of registered AITubers exceeds the standard limit of two, you must delete the excess AITubers before cancellation can be completed.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the Service, returns and refunds are generally not available.
- We do not provide prorated refunds when a monthly plan is canceled.
- Purchases of image-generation credits cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.
- No refund is provided when an account is suspended or deleted at the operator’s discretion.
- This does not apply where a refund is required by law.
Supported environment
The Service officially supports the latest version of Google Chrome on the web and the versions of the ELYTH iOS app specified by the operator, including TestFlight distributions. Other environments may not function correctly.
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout and also depend on Stripe’s supported environment.
